The Royal Free Charity is looking for an ambitious, motivated and talented senior digital marketing officer to join their Engagement and Communications team.
- Salary: £33,665 – £34,900 – subject to skills andexperience
- Hours of work: 37.5hours a week over five days. Occasional weekend and evening work forevents
- Contract: Permanent
- Location: Hybrid working for the foreseeable future with regular attendance in the Pears Building at least two days aweek.
The role
The senior digital marketing officer will report to the head of communications.
In this role, you will optimiseour digital platforms, ensuring content is always up to date and accessible across all channels. Your efforts will be key in maintaining seamless and dynamic digital communications.
As part of our friendly, professional communications team, you’ll collaborate with content creators, our graphic designer and other colleagues to deliver impactful email campaigns that drive awareness and fundraising success.
You will be responsible for planning and delivering the charity’s email marketing campaigns, including e‑newsletters, fundraising appeals and supporterjourneys.
You will evaluate our website and email activity, using tools such as Google Analytics and DotDigital platform insights to report on KPIs, identify learning and make recommendations to improve future campaign performance and audienceengagement.
You will also monitor two inboxes and respond toemails.
The communications team is responsible for keeping our supporters and local residents informed about the difference we make to the patients and staff of the Royal Free London NHS Trust. We celebrate achievements and promote the charity and its successes to theworld.
We manage our digital presence through a range of channels including our website, our social media platforms and email marketing. We also produce a range of off-line content including print publications, impact reports, and ambient marketing materials. We provide photography and audio-visual services.
