About the Role

We’re currently seeking Ambulance Transport Attendants and Paramedics to join our Horsham/Stawell team in flexible casual roles. You’ll be part of a supportive, inclusive culture that values clinical excellence and community impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, high-quality patient care during transport
  • Conduct patient assessments and interventions
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders
  • Work within NEPT regulations and RFDS guidelines
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold best practices

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum qualification of Cert III in Non-Emergency Patient care, Diploma of Nursing, or equivalent. Bachelor of Health Science (Paramedic) students may apply on completion of second year subject units.
  • Availability to pick up shifts across 7 days occasionally when required.
  • Ability to drive in both city and country traffic conditions.
  • Compassionate, professional, and dedicated to providing excellent service.
  • Experience working in the NEPT sector in an equal role desirable but not essential.
  • Satisfactory completion of safety screening including a current Full Driver’s Licence, Working with Children’s Check, National Police Check, and the right to work in Australia.

Additional Requirements

  • Hepatitis B – History of 3 x vaccinations + Serology report
  • Varicella (Chicken Pox)
  • Measles, Mumps and Rubella
  • Diphtheria, Tetanus and Pertussis (Whooping Cough)
  • Annual Influenza

All applicants must undergo a driver history and demerit point check, at compliance stage. To be successful, you must not have repeated driving offences within the last three years. In addition, all positions are subject to a National Police Check and require holding a valid Working with Children Check.
