An opportunity has arisen for a talented Cook to join our Kitchen team at the Royal Esplanade Hotel in Ryde. This would be an ideal position for an experienced Chef de Partie, a Sous Chef or an ambitious graduate.

The hotel prides itself on producing good food from fresh ingredients for coach guests, private groups and social functions including Weddings. Open all year round, the hotel can offer a permanent position and has flexibility to arrange shifts to suit the candidate. An average of 28 to 32 hours can be accommodated or a full-time position, if suitable. The hotel offers good conditions and pay and a year-round position.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for not only food, but also be happy to work alongside a team to create success through strong communication, planning and menu development. As a hotel, we are always looking for new and innovative ways to meet and exceed the expectations of our customers.

The hotel operates 7 days per week and offers Breakfast, Lunches and Dinner each evening with a variety of Table de hotel menus and themed meals, including an excellent Sunday Lunch.
