Job Description

LV Logistics have an exciting opportunity for an HSQE Administrator to join our team at our Thornaby office!

You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis and receive a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

The Role

This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach.

You will support our HSQE function by ensuring documentation, records, and compliance information are accurate, well-maintained, and aligned with our Business Management System.

You will contribute to wider safety, quality, and environmental activities across the business, supporting our commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with updating, formatting, and controlling Business Management System documents, processes, and procedures.
  • Support internal Subject Matter Experts with the creation, formatting, and revision of documents held within the LV Logistics Global Management System.
  • Maintain electronic HSQE records and files to ensure compliance with Quality Management requirements.
  • Ensure timely delivery of HSQE documentation and databases through competent use of software packages including Share Point, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of HSQE administrative processes and identify improvements to support efficiency.
  • Support with the completion of Pre‑qualification and Tendering documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to support compliance, safety, and operational efficiency.
  • Carry out reasonable management requests and ensure safety of yourself and others at all times.

About You

  • Previous experience in HSQE support, administration, or similar role.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly in writing and in person.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Share Point) and electronic document management systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Positive, professional, and proactive attitude.
