BMAT Education is seeking a proactive Home and School Liaison Officer to support improved pupil attendance, engagement and wellbeing. You will work with pupils, families, schools and external agencies to identify and address barriers to regular attendance.
You will manage a caseload, provide early help, undertake home visits, contribute to safeguarding and welfare interventions, and support schools to implement effective attendance strategies.
