The Cancer Support Worker in Royal Devon’s Living With and Beyond Cancer team for Urology provides personalised care to patients with suspected or diagnosed urological cancer, working with the CNS team to help navigate health and social care during and after treatment.
Based at Ottery St Mary hospital with travel to Wonford and other sites, you will undertake holistic needs assessments, provide information and signpost services to support patients and families throughout the cancer journey.
