You will assess and plan care for palliative patients, support families, and work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.
You will lead education for colleagues, contribute to governance and service improvement, and demonstrate resilience in a demanding environment. Monday–Friday 9–17:00.
