The successful post holder will support the Domestic Services Manager in the day-to-day operational management of Domestic and Catering Services. They will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service across both clinical and non-clinical areas.
The role includes supporting workforce planning and staffing management, ensuring appropriate staffing levels are maintained in line with agreed rotas and shift patterns. The post holder will help ensure services are delivered efficiently and consistently, meeting client requirements and organisational standards at all times.
We are seeking a hard working and motivated Assistant Domestic Services Manager to support the delivery of a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with supervisory or management experience who is passionate about team development, operational excellence, and continuous improvement within the NHS.
Working Pattern: Between 08:00-18:00 with a degree of flexibility required.
