If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a skilled, dynamic and compassionate band 7 leader to join our team within the Acute assessment area (AAA) and King George V (KGV) ward.

Royal Devon considers the Band 7 team leader role as pivotal to the optimal care of our patients and to the success of our Trust. This role will require you to provide decisive and effective clinical input whilst demonstrating excellent leadership qualities, effective communication skills, a flexible approach and an ability to work under pressure, both as part of a team and independently.
