This is a rare opportunity to lead the technical delivery of one of the UK’s most ambitious producing and presenting theatres. As Technical Manager, you’ll take the lead on everything that makes our work happen - overseeing technical operations, cinemas and digital services, and ensuring every production and event is delivered to the highest possible standard. From large-scale productions to digital work, you’ll be at the centre of it all.
Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll shape how we deliver our programme, and influence the future of our technical infrastructure. This role combines strategic leadership and hands-on operational oversight. You’ll lead and develop a skilled technical team, manage complex resources and budgets, and ensure that safety, quality and creativity are embedded in everything we do.
