Pathology services at Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust is looking for a project manager to join the team working alongside the Pathology transformation manager and senior management team to deliver a continued transformation journey.
This role will assist on a number of large scale Trustwide projects which directly impact Pathology Services and also directly control a number of projects within Pathology Services as well as promoting and assisting with delivery of quality improvement initiatives identified by individual Pathology disciplines.
Main duties of the job It is the responsibility of the post-holder to use their skills, experience and subject matter expertise to implement, deliver and review projects after implementation against stated benefits.
Projects are undertaken in a structured manner in accordance with formal Project Management procedures (PRINCE 2 and Agile) and cover a wide range of disciplines including but not restricted to: Clinical systems; Business systems and Infrastructure.
