We have an exciting opportunity on Trauma 2 for a Health Care Assistant, who will work alongside dedicated staff to deliver the best care to our Trauma patients within RCHT. A Healthcare Assistant is no ordinary job and it is not for an ordinary person. Person Specification
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 GCSE's, 2 of which need to be English and Maths (or equivalent).
- NVQ Level 3 in acute care (or equivalent) / working towards qualification.
Experience
- Substantive experience of working in a healthcare role involving direct patient care.
- Previous experience of working in an acute hospital setting.
Skills
- Recording a 12 Lead ECG.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
