Facilities Support Manager in Cornwall

The Facilities Support Manager (FSM) provides professional, operational and administrative leadership across the Trust's Facilities function. The post supports the Head of Facilities Management and the Senior Management Team in delivering high-quality, safe, compliant and cost-effective facilities services for patients, staff and visitors., The post holder leads departmental business management functions, including system oversight, contract governance, KPI reporting and facilities-related project management. They are responsible for coordinating central workforce governance processes, including mandatory training, role-specific competencies and PDR compliance across all Facilities service areas. The FSM also provides first-line HR support to Facilities managers, offering advice, coaching and assistance with low-level employee relations matters, documentation and investigations, working closely with the People investing in our people, developing our facilities, and expanding the specialist care we can offer locally so more patients can receive the care they need closer to home.
