Position Summary
The Strategic Training Lead focuses on international markets outside North America, with a balanced three-part approach: defining and governing the international training framework, leading stakeholder alignment, and delivering training where local resources are unavailable.

International markets outside North America, including EMEA, APAC, and LACAR. Accountable for strategic training framework and content ownership, stakeholder leadership across key partner groups, and direct delivery support in markets without local training resources.

This role balances strategy, stakeholder management, and execution, enabling training through frameworks, governance, tools, and content while delivering on the ground where strategic rollout requires central execution.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Define and own the international training strategy and roadmap across markets outside North America.
- Establish frameworks, standards, governance, and learning principles that create consistency across international markets.
- Own the international content model, training tools, and learning architecture, including modular programmes, toolkits and scalable assets.
- Build and maintain a centralised international training library and content flow process for product, brand and launch updates.
- Ensure training priorities are aligned to broader commercial goals, premium brand positioning and business capability needs.
- Act as the primary international interface across the International Leadership Team, regional sales teams, Miami training and brand teams, L&D and external partners.
- Lead alignment on training priorities, content flows, rollout planning and role clarity across stakeholder groups.
- Enable markets to adopt and localise training within agreed guardrails while providing coaching, guidance and support to improve execution quality.
- Represent international market needs and best practice in global discussions, ensuring two‑way feedback between markets and Miami.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders during transition periods to define practical hand‑offs, ownership boundaries and sustainable operating models.
- Deliver training directly in markets where there is no local market resource or where central delivery is required to support business priorities.
- Lead strategic rollouts, launch support and capability recovery initiatives where tighter control or consistency is needed.
- Use remote‑first and scalable delivery approaches wherever possible, while remaining flexible to support live sessions across multiple time zones.
- Pilot new formats, tools and delivery methods before broader market scale‑up.
- Track adoption, quality and impact to ensure delivery remains effective and aligned to strategic intent.
- Lead the innovation agenda across international training, including digital learning evolution, modern formats and AI‑enabled support within approved tools and guidelines.
- Define KPIs and measurement frameworks to track adoption, consistency, effectiveness and business impact.
- Benchmark internally and externally to keep the international training approach future‑fit and commercially relevant.
- Ensure strong governance, quality control and a consistent approach to training across international markets.

- Minimum 5+ years in training, enablement, learning strategy or a related role.
- Preferable within a large matrix organisation.
- Experience working across both strategy and delivery in a hybrid training or enablement role.
- Background in managing external agencies or partners for digital learning content.
- Experience building scalable content and improving content quality and consistency.
- Experience managing budgets and measurement frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder leadership and relationship management across senior internal and external partner groups.
- Confidence working across regional teams, global teams, Miami stakeholders, L&D and cross‑functional commercial partners.
- Experience translating strategy into practical rollout plans, governance and market adoption.
- Strong facilitation and delivery capability, with credibility to lead training directly where required.
- Understanding of digital learning architecture, platform evolution and future‑fit learning design.
- Data‑led approach to prioritisation, measurement and continuous improvement.
- Comfortable leveraging approved AI tools and digital learning approaches to improve efficiency and impact.
