Position Summary

The principal responsibilities are running the payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely payment of employees within the EMEA group.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely payment of employees within the EMEA region
  • First point of contact with Payroll vendors EMEA for those countries directly responsible for
  • Maintain Payroll mailbox for communication with external payroll providers and HR teams and employee queries
  • Close co-operation with EMEA Payroll Manager to assist where required and with Local finance
  • Responsible for reviewing new hire entries, master file changes from myHR, and reconciling payroll files from payroll vendors as well as auditing the payroll system data to the corporate system of record
  • Partner with colleagues to assist with payroll processes, cycles, and projects with HRBP’s, business leaders, Global/Regional Finance, and other stakeholders, to ensure smooth delivery of the payroll processes, cycles
