About the Role

We are seeking 9 Workforce Planning Analysts to join our UK office in Weybridge. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.

Position Summary

The Workforce Planning Analyst will manage workforce planning and logistics for Marine Operations, following operational guidelines and directives from leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule crew assignments and rotations for the Marine department.
  • Support par level planning processes and procedures.
  • Design and implement solutions for fleet needs related to Marine costs.
  • Communicate effectively with Marine operations, leadership, and crew regarding scheduling, recruitment, and logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including SQM, flag state, port state legislation, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems, including performance data for succession planning.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills

  • Experience with automated HR and workforce planning systems preferred.
  • Education from an accredited institution or equivalent.
  • Experience in workforce planning, analytics, scheduling, or logistics.
  • Ability to optimize activities and resources for long-term goals.
  • Proven ability to apply optimization techniques and resolve complex problems.
  • Strong analytical, judgment, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into practical solutions.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of shipboard functions and regulatory requirements related to seafarers.
