Job Title: Trade Platform Executive

We are seeking a Trade Platform Executive responsible for implementing Cruising Power 2.0 and managing content across all EMEA Trade Platforms. The role involves strategic execution and content management to support market needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define and execute roadmaps and ensure platform effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with Global Cruising Power teams to understand customer expectations and requirements.
  2. Evaluate translation processes at market level for cost-effectiveness.
  3. Develop and maintain roadmaps, objectives, and milestones with stakeholders.
  4. Create timing plans for launching CP tools in each EMEA market.
  5. Coordinate with Trade Marketing teams for in-market collateral and communication plans.
  6. Assess and organize training requirements across EMEA.
  7. Manage content calendars and oversee content updates on platforms, including banners, collateral, and training modules.
  8. Lead the implementation of all Cruising Power content, including copy, banners, and collateral.
  9. Handle copywriting and translations for trade communications and toolkits.
  10. Develop and update a content library for training materials.
  11. Oversee content updates on the online portal, including assets, imagery, and campaigns.
  12. Create new landing pages for ship or product launches.
  13. Monitor KPIs related to platform usage and content effectiveness, implementing improvements as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Marketing or Business Degree
  • Experience in digital content creation and copywriting
  • Minimum 2 years in a trade market/support role
  • Experience working in a multi-channel matrix organization
  • Knowledge of platform design, wireframing, development, and maintenance
  • Proficiency with digital tools and CRM (preferably Hubspot)
  • Creative, detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of multitasking
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
