Royal Caribbean Cruises is looking for energetic and passionate Sports Activities Staff to join our onboard team. This is an exciting opportunity to work at sea with a world-class cruise line while delivering fun, high-quality sports and recreational experiences for our guests.
Contract Details
- 6-month onboard contract
- Work 7 days per week
- Shared cabin with one teammate from the same department
- Tax-free salary paid in USD
- Flights, meals, and accommodation included
What You’ll Do
- Organize and host sports activities and tournaments
- Lead group and individual recreational sports sessions
- Provide one-on-one instruction on the rock climbing wall (training provided)
- Assist with FlowRider operations (training provided)
- Deliver outstanding guest service in a professional and friendly manner
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sports instruction, fitness, or recreational activities
- Proven experience organizing tournaments
- Sports-related degree preferred
- Public speaking and coaching experience are a plus
- Strong knowledge of basketball, volleyball, golf, and table tennis
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
