We're looking for a Performance Marketer which will play a vital role in driving digital acquisition and growth across Royal British Veteran Enterprise's (RBVE) marketing and retail activity.

You’ll plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns across key performance channels to grow supporter numbers and increase retail sales.

  • You will be responsible for
  • Contributing to data‑driven decision making through continuous monitoring, testing and optimisation.
  • Support the planning, delivery and optimisation of paid digital campaigns across channels to engage supporters and beneficiaries.
  • Assist in delivering campaigns across Meta and Google, including implementation, optimisation and performance monitoring.
  • Drive online retail performance through paid activity that increases traffic and sales, aligned to budgets and ROAS targets.
  • Help manage and optimise the Google Ad Grants account, ensuring compliance, full budget use and increased awareness.
  • Analyse and optimise campaign performance (keywords, bidding, targeting, creative) against key KPIs such as revenue, ROAS and conversion rate.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver integrated campaigns, develop assets and landing pages, and support expansion into additional platforms (e. g. Amazon, Tik Tok).

You will be office based 4 days a week with 1 day working from home.
