The Southeast VALOUR Network is looking for an inspiring leader to take the helm and shape the future of our support services across the region.
About the Role This is a 3 year contract and as the Network Lead, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of the Southeast VALOUR Network — a dynamic, multi‑disciplinary programme designed to provide high‑quality, employment‑led support to those who have served and their families. You will oversee the VALOUR Recognised Centre in Aylesford and its spoke hubs in Folkestone and Portsmouth, ensuring each site delivers consistent, impactful, and person‑centred support. This is a role for someone who thrives on collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.
