We're looking for an experienced and passionate Learning & Development Manager to lead our learning strategy and help create a culture where people can grow, develop and thrive.

About the Role As Learning & Development Manager, you will
- Develop and deliver RBVE's Learning & Development strategy.
- Identify skills gaps and implement effective learning solutions.
- Design and deliver leadership, management and soft skills training programmes.
- Lead talent development, succession planning and career development initiatives.
- Manage onboarding, training budgets and external learning providers.
- Measure the impact of learning programmes and provide insights to senior leaders.
About You
You will have
- Proven Learning & Development and/or Talent Development experience.
- Experience designing and delivering training programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
- Experience conducting training needs analysis and evaluating learning effectiveness.
