RBVE is seeking a Lifeworks Employability Coach to deliver the flagship Lifeworks programme and provide ongoing support to participants across the UK. The role involves delivering the 4‑day course online or in person, travelling nationwide and staying away from home for up to 4 nights, and providing 12 months of follow‑up to help veterans and families gain sustainable employment.

You will build trusted relationships, design engaging workshops, and work with partners to create meaningful outcomes.
