The Great Tommy Sleep Out is RBVE's flagship fundraising event, with around 50,000 participants expected to take part in 2027, generating vital income to support the Armed Forces community.
As the event continues to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Supporter Experience Officer to join our team and help deliver an exceptional supporter journey from sign-up through to event completion.
This is a part-time, temporary opportunity (14 hours per week) based at our Head Office in Aylesford, Kent.
You'll play a key role in ensuring supporters receive outstanding customer service, feel valued for their participation, and are recognised for their incredible fundraising efforts.
Working closely with the fundraising team, you'll respond to supporter enquiries, provide encouragement and guidance, process supporter communications, and help ensure every participant enjoys a positive and engaging experience.
Your contribution will be instrumental in maximising fundraising income, strengthening supporter relationships, and encouraging long-term involvement with the charity.
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
