Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager (14-month maternity cover) to take the lead on a portfolio of Individual Giving products at the Royal British Legion. This is a key role within our Supporter Development team, focused on driving income, improving supporter journeys, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality campaigns that support our long-term fundraising goals.
Come and be part of the leading Armed Forces charity, making a difference to the lives of those who have served to keep us safe and protect our way of life.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across Fundraising, Data, Insight, Marketing, Digital, and Finance to develop strategies, shape supporter experiences, and oversee the performance of several key income streams. This includes managing significant budgets, monitoring results, and identifying areas for growth and innovation. You’ll bring strong analytical thinking and leadership skills, along with experience of managing complex projects and working with both internal teams and external agencies.
We’re looking for someone who’s confident making decisions, able to influence at all levels, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll have a strong background in direct marketing, experience delivering large-scale campaigns, and a clear understanding of what it takes to keep supporters engaged and inspired.
If you’re ready to step into a senior role that offers challenge, variety and purpose — and you’re available for a 14-month fixed-term opportunity — we’d love to hear from you.
You will be contracted to our London Hub, Haig House. Under our Future Working framework, there will be some flexibility for working remotely/at home, using our collaboration tools to work with colleagues, but with a minimum expectation of two days/week connecting directly face-to-face with colleagues at the hub.

– Generous pension contributions, with Employer contributions ranging from 6% to 14%
– Range of flexible working options may be available, depending on your role
– Employee Assistance Programme providing confidential counselling, financial and legal advice
