This is an opportunity for a 6 month maternity cover to shape the future direction of fundraising at the Royal British Legion in a role that blends strategic thinking, commercial awareness and collaboration across a large and ambitious directorate.

As one of two Product Strategy Managers, you’ll take ownership of developing clear, insight-led strategies across a varied fundraising portfolio, helping teams understand where the biggest opportunities for growth sit and how different products can work together to create stronger audience engagement. Working across areas such as Regular Giving, Lottery, Legacy, Events and Philanthropy, you’ll play a key role in influencing how products are positioned, prioritised and developed for the future.

You’ll be confident building relationships with stakeholders across multiple teams, challenging existing ways of working and bringing people together around a shared direction. This role would suit someone who is naturally curious, commercially minded and comfortable working in a fast paced environment where priorities evolve and collaboration is essential.

You’ll also have the opportunity to help shape new processes, improve ways of working and become a trusted expert within the directorate on product strategy and portfolio development. Alongside the strategic focus, this is a role with real variety and visibility.

You’ll work closely with senior colleagues across Acquisition and Development, Planning, Data, Market Research and Innovation, influencing how fundraising products are used across the supporter journey and helping ensure audiences are engaging with the right propositions at the right time.

You will be contracted to our Haig House hub with a minimum expectation of two days per week working in person at the hub and flexibility for working remotely/at home when not on site.
