The Royal British Legion is seeking a talented Events Marketing Manager to drive participant recruitment for our fundraising events portfolio. If you have a background in marketing or fundraising and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to an organisation that makes a real difference. Role: Events Marketing Manager
Location: Hybrid, London (Southwark 2 Days)
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 35 hours, Monday to Friday
Salary: £41,172 to £44,232 Per Annum (Inclusive of London Supplement)
Responsibilities:
- Drive participant recruitment for fundraising events across multi-channel campaigns (direct mail, email, digital advertising, social media).
- Oversee and manage key suppliers and partners to ensure campaigns are delivered to high standards.
- Budget management and cost control to deliver strong ROI; create forecast models and monitor progress.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop targeted marketing strategies and align messaging with fundraising objectives.
- Analyse results to inform future strategies and improve campaign performance.
- Support the team with face-to-face and remote collaboration under the Future Working framework (minimum two days/week in the hub).
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in planning and delivering multi-channel campaigns (direct mail, email, digital advertising, social media).
- Budget management experience and ability to analyse results and adapt strategies.
- Relevant marketing or fundraising qualifications (e.g., CIM, IDM, CIoF).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills to work with internal teams and external agencies.
