Royal British Legion is seeking Growth Officers to join our Individual Giving team. Two roles focus on strengthening relationships with existing supporters, using targeted cross‑sell, upsell and reactivation activity to re-engage lapsed supporters.
You’ll work with managers, data teams and agency partners to turn audience insight into well‑planned, coordinated campaigns that respond to supporter behaviour and lifecycle stage, delivering timely asks and measurable performance improvements.
