Are you an experienced and inspiring coach who believes in the transformative power of sport? We are seeking several passionate and dedicated Lead Coaches to play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional sporting and recovery experience for competitors representing Team UK at the Invictus Games Birmingham 2027. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong coaching and leadership experience within the sport they are applying to support, gained through elite sport, community sport, the Armed Forces, or other comparable high-performance environments.

As a Team UK Lead Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching within the Royal British Legion’s Team UK Invictus Games programme. Working closely with the Recovery Services Team UK team, you will help create a positive, inclusive and supportive environment that harnesses the power of sport to inspire recovery and support rehabilitation for wounded, injured or sick veterans and serving personnel.

We are looking for experienced coaches for the following sports:

  • Archery
  • Cycling (Road)
  • Pickleball
  • Powerlifting
  • Swimming
  • Wheelchair Basketball
  • Wheelchair Rugby
