We're expanding our team and looking for both full time and part time Care Assistants to join us at Mais House. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate care to our residents, many of whom have served in the Armed Forces. Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, supporting residents with their daily routines, and ensuring their comfort and dignity at all times. You will help with mobility, nutrition, and medication as required, and will work closely with colleagues to provide a safe, welcoming environment. Maintaining accurate care records and communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals will also be an essential part of your role.
Please note that we are unable to accept applications from overseas candidates who require sponsorship. All candidates must have a valid Right to Work in the UK. We welcome applications from candidates looking for both full-time and part-time opportunities, with flexible shift patterns available across Monday to Sunday, including:
- 8:00am – 8:00pm
- 8:00am – 2:00pm
- 2:00pm – 8:00pm
