We’re expanding our team and are looking for Casual night Care Assistants to join us at Maurice House. This flexible role provides work on a casual, as‑needed basis. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate care to our residents, many of whom have served in the Armed Forces.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with personal care
- Supporting residents with their daily routines
- Ensuring their comfort and dignity at all times
- Helping with mobility, nutrition, and medication as required
- Working closely with colleagues to provide a safe, welcoming environment
- Maintaining accurate care records
- Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
