We’re expanding our team and are looking for Casual Care Assistants to join us at Maurice House. This flexible role provides work on a casual, as-needed basis. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate care to our residents, many of whom have served in the Armed Forces.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with personal care
  • Supporting residents with their daily routines
  • Ensuring their comfort and dignity at all times
  • Helping with mobility, nutrition, and medication as required
  • Working closely with colleagues to provide a safe, welcoming environment
  • Maintaining accurate care records
  • Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent care, putting people at the heart of everything they do. While an NVQ Level 2 qualification is desirable, we are happy to support you in achieving this if you are committed to progressing your career.
