We’re expanding our team and looking for both full time and part time Care Assistants to join us at Mais House. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate care to our residents, many of whom have served in the Armed Forces.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with personal care
- Supporting residents with their daily routines
- Ensuring their comfort and dignity at all times
- Helping with mobility, nutrition, and medication as required
- Working closely with colleagues to provide a safe, welcoming environment
- Maintaining accurate care records
- Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

We welcome applications from candidates looking for both full-time and part-time opportunities, with flexible shift patterns available across Monday to Sunday, including:
- 8:00am – 8:00pm
- 8:00am – 2:00pm
- 2:00pm – 8:00pm

While an NVQ Level 2 qualification is desirable, we are happy to support you in achieving this if you are committed to progressing your career.
