The predicted salary is between 15.06 - 15.06 £ per hour.
We are seeking a motivated Allied Health Professional to join our team in a rewarding role supporting our residents to achieve meaningful, functional outcomes. This is a casual position offering flexible hours to suit both your availability and the needs of the care home.
This position is open to either a qualified Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist who is passionate about evidence-based practice and person-centred care. You will lead the provision of PT or OT assessment, addressing their physical, psychological and functional skills, to contribute to holistic care planning.
You will have a relevant degree in occupational therapy or physiotherapy and be registered with the HCPC, along with evidence of continuous professional development. Experience of working with older people and dementia is essential for this role. You will manage case loads and prioritise the needs of our residents whilst keeping accurate and up to date records.
Being passionate about providing a person-centred and holistic approach to intervention will help you to succeed in this role. This role is a great opportunity for a dedicated professional who wants to improve the physical and mental wellbeing of our beneficiaries.
