Brownsea Ward is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Band 6 Deputy Leader to join our friendly and supportive team.

Brownsea Ward is part of Older Persons Services (OPS), a bedded medical ward dedicated to providing the highest standard of patient care. We value staff development and training and foster a welcoming, positive working environment.

Are you passionate about delivering excellent care to acutely unwell medical patients within Older Persons Services? Would you like to work in a ward that values teamwork and is committed to safe, effective patient care?

This role requires current UK NMC registration.

Base Location: Poole Hospital

This service plans to move from Poole to Bournemouth in 2025.

Employees will not be eligible for excess mileage reimbursement for travel related to this move, as it will be considered a normal commute. Other changes not related to the relocation will be managed according to Trust or national terms and conditions.
