Overview
University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a friendly, hardworking and reliable person to support the Catering team and provide great customer service in our busy restaurants and coffee bars. Duties include serving food and drink items, operating a till, refilling stock and general cleaning duties.
Base Location: Royal Bournemouth Hospital

Responsibilities
- Provide efficient, high-quality service to staff, patients and visitors.
- Operate in compliance with corporate and local policies and procedures.
- Perform food and drink service, till operation, stock replenishment and general cleanliness duties as part of the catering team.
Context and Notes

UHD is investing in services across the Trust, with many being transformed and developed following merger and the New Hospital Programme. Some services may move site this year or next, either temporarily or long term. Recruiting managers interviewing for this role can answer questions at interview.
Please note that if the role or service is relocated as part of a planned move, employees will not be eligible for excess mileage reimbursement. Travel from the postholder\’s home to the new work base will be considered a normal commute. Other changes not related to relocation will be managed according to relevant Trust or National terms and conditions.
