As a Seasonal Retail Supervisor, you will be working across our retail locations within a friendly and motivated team, proactively providing our customers with exceptional and genuine service.
The role is based at Kew Gardens and is a key role in delivering sales targets and KPIs whilst leading and supporting the Sales Assistant team.
As part of its Halloween at Kew and Christmas at Kew programs, Kew Retail has a full time Seasonal Retail Supervisor role available.
Working at least one weekend day per week is required.
Kew’s ‘Halloween at Kew’ event runs from the 16th October to the 1st November 2026, and our ‘Christmas at Kew’ event runs from the 13th November 2026 to the 3rd January 2027.
The events are open until 10pm, so regular evening work up to 10.30pm will be required for the role.
Kew Gardens is only closed on Christmas day, so you should expect to be rostered to work over the Christmas period.
Candidates will have experience of Supervising a team in a fast-paced Retail environment with a track record of achieving targets and KPIs.
They will demonstrate excellent customer service skills and have strong communication skills, being able to manage conflicting priorities and work using their own initiative.
Candidates will be able to demonstrate teamworking experience and how to encourage a team to develop and perform using positive motivation, addressing any performance issues promptly.
