Job Description

The main aim of the role is to support our autumn/winter seasonal events from early October until mid-January, depending on operational needs. The role requires excellent customer service skills, experience handling customer inquiries, and the ability to prioritize effectively, stay calm under pressure, and remain solutions-focused. Attention to detail and strong IT literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Suite, are essential. The role involves daily use of multiple systems to communicate with and support customers.
