The predicted salary is between 39243 - 45064 € per year.
You will bring hands-on experience of administering and monitoring enterprise storage platforms, ideally NetApp and Dell, and supporting VMware vSphere or similar virtualised environments. You will be confident deploying VMs, monitoring hosts and resources, supporting backup, snapshot and replication jobs and carrying out routine file-level or VM restores.
Methodical, calm and service-focused, you will be able to prioritise operational requests, investigate alerts, resolve standard incidents and escalate more complex issues clearly and promptly. Experience of ITSM processes, SLAs, change control and working with suppliers or vendors would be an advantage, along with a proactive approach to spotting capacity, performance, resilience or security risks.
The salary will be £39,243 to £45,064 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
