This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Wakehurst. Working within the front of house team, you will support the efficient running of the Visitor Centre operation on a day-to-day basis, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring high standards of presentation are met. The role has a particular focus on membership sales and answering visitor questions at the point of entry to Wakehurst.
Responsibilities
- Support the day‑to‑day operation of the Visitor Centre front of house.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and provide information and advice to visitors.
- Promote and sell membership products to visitors.
Qualifications
- 10 hours per week, alternating Thursday‑Friday and Saturday‑Sunday.
- Customer service or retail background.
- Previous experience working in a similar environment, providing a warm and friendly welcome.
- Experience with membership products an advantage.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: £26,119 per annum (pro‑rata) (Grade 1A).
