We're looking for a skilled Head of Product to oversee the development of Kew's public-facing digital products and services as we deliver our ambitious Digital Strategy.

You'll shape the strategy and delivery of a diverse portfolio of products that connect millions of people with our world-leading science, conservation and visitor experiences.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the adoption of a product management approach, embed agile ways of working and drive meaningful change across the organisation.

You'll inspire a talented product team, influence strategic decision‑making, and work with experts across science, horticulture, technology and marketing to create innovative services that enhance the experience of millions of users.

You’ll be passionate about developing user‑focused digital products and services, creating digital product strategies and managing a portfolio of digital products.

You’ll lead the digital products vision, roadmap and framework for Kew, heading up a team of motivated Digital Product Managers to identify and deliver improvements to our existing portfolio of products, including kew. org and shop. kew. org.

You’ll work with a diverse range of other teams across the organisation to creatively develop new digital products and services that deliver real value for our users.

This role is part of Kew’s Digital department and reports to the Director of Digital.

The salary for this position is £61,337 - £71,424 per year, depending on experience [Band F7].
