We are currently looking to recruit two Lead Mechanical Maintenance Technicians within the Estate department. The Lead Mechanical Maintenance Technician is a vital role to enhance the service provision in the estates team. Working with the M&E Manager for the delivery of Mechanical Services maintenance and leading a small team carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance, completing fault diagnosis.
