Kew has an embedded and comprehensive risk management framework and insurance programme. Nevertheless, there is much to do to enhance our risk management activities and keep pace with Kew’s new initiatives. No two days at Kew are ever the same and due to the variety of functions offered across our sites, there will always be new activities to get involved in.
Reporting to our Head of Legal, Risk and Data Protection and working closely with the Director of Resources and senior managers across Kew, this post is responsible for identifying risk and ensuring it is managed, including working closely with our insurance brokers to deliver our insurance programme.
About the role
Bringing experience of risk management from a medium or large and complex organisation, our ideal candidate will have also managed an insurance programme, be able to build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and have excellent communication skills.
In person interviews are planned for Thursday 10th April at Kew Gardens.
This role is based at Kew with the option of regular home working, subject to operational requirements.
