The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead is inviting two Social Care Practitioners to join the Safeguarding Hub on a full-time, permanent basis with Hybrid working. Salary £26,895 - £30,132 per annum.
You will work with a supportive team across partner agencies to manage safeguarding referrals, promote wellbeing and safety of adults in the Borough, and contribute to delivery under Living Well Together in a busy, nationally connected service.
