As a Social Worker, you will deliver statutory services to residents with eligible care needs by conducting outcome-focused assessments, creating tailored care plans, and ensuring their effective implementation and support to team members, fostering their professional development and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
You will work flexibly with the management team, and closely with your supervisor, with a focus on safeguarding vulnerable adults, achieving performance targets, and operating within budgetary constraints. The Windsor Ascot & Maidenhead (WAM) Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) is a multidisciplinary and multi-agency team providing services within Windsor, Ascot & Maidenhead for the local population who require secondary mental health services. It is a joint NHS and Local Authority service which aims to provide a comprehensive range of resources for people with enduring and serious mental ill health, enabling them to lead as fulfilled a life as possible.
Salary: £38,192 to £42,012 per year, plus an annual retention bonus of £3,000, subject to eligibility.
