The Role
The successful candidate will be supported by a Senior Occupational Therapist and an Assistant to manage a caseload of residents requiring assessment and intervention in the community.
Support will involve regular supervisions, competency building and annual appraisal to ensure career development.
Your Role Will Involve
- Provide a professional Occupational Therapy including statutory Social Care responsibilities.
- Contribute to Service delivery that is person‑centred and outcome focused with an emphasis on encouraging independence.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to address complex needs and achieve best outcomes for individuals and their carers.

- Experience of working with vulnerable adults.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with client, families, and other professionals.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
