The children, staff and Governing body are seeking to appoint an Assistant Headteacher to strengthen the leadership team across the Federation and drive standards forward in teaching and learning.
We are looking for experienced, imaginative and innovative teachers with a passion for Early Years education who are able to demonstrate effective leadership and management skills.
The successful applicants will need to demonstrate that they have the ability to inspire and motivate a team to ensure that both children and staff achieve their full potential and that they share our exciting vision for the future of our federation.
This post will be primarily based at The Lawns Nursery School but cross federation work will be required.
