The role
The successful applicant will be part of a team of eight within the Enforcement and Conservation Team and will work closely with the Principal Conservation Officer in dealing with the heritage enforcement matters and will ideally have knowledge of Listed Building enforcement action, as well as a wide range of other enforcement actions. The successful applicant will have expertise, knowledge and experience in town planning and planning enforcement, and will be well organised with good communication and negotiating skills. The post holder will also be responsible for mentoring junior members of the team and will have some day-to-day supervision.
