We have an exciting opportunity for a Rough Sleeping Resettlement Officer to join us! This is a full-time, permanent role and a salary of £34,962 - £38,791 per annum.

The Role
You will be responsible for providing essential support to individuals experiencing homelessness, with a particular focus on those who are rough sleeping, hospital discharges, ex‑offenders, and vulnerable complex customers. Your primary objective will be to help them access the fastest route off the streets. In addition, you will be required to join outreach sessions during early morning (5–9 am) to target those sleeping rough and support them to engage with available services. The successful candidate will be a proactive individual who can promote innovative problem‑solving and provide high‑quality support and guidance to a multi‑disciplinary team.

- Relevant experience in outreach work or a related field preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in providing support to individuals experiencing homelessness with complex needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural sensitivity and empathy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and data management systems.
- Fluency in languages other than English is a plus.
- A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of client confidentiality and data protection.
