We have an exciting opportunity for a Data Analyst and Performance Manager to join us! This is a full-time role with a minimum of 2 days in the office, and a salary of £48,602 - £53,120 per annum.

The Role: We are looking for a passionate and experienced Data Analyst and Performance Manager to lead our Adult Social Care data and performance function. Reporting to the Assistant Director for Systems, Performance and Communities, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-led decision-making, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing service outcomes for our residents.

Your role will involve:

  • Leading the development and implementation of performance frameworks for Adult Social Care.
  • Managing statutory data submissions and ensuring compliance with CQC and NHS reporting standards.
  • Providing strategic insights through data analysis to inform service planning and improvement.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to align data with operational needs.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of analysts to build a high-performing data function.

  • Proven experience in data analysis and performance management, ideally within Adult Social Care or the public sector.
  • Strong technical skills in SQL, Power BI, SSRS, and Excel.
  • Experience managing statutory reporting and working with systems like Mosaic.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly to senior stakeholders.
  • A collaborative leader who can inspire and develop a team while fostering a data-driven culture.
