We have an exciting opportunity for a Community Prevention Manager to join us! This is a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working, and a salary of £48,602 - £53,120 per annum.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Community Prevention Manager to join our Performance, Quality and Communities Team.

The Role

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Systems, Performance and Communities, you will lead the development and implementation of community-based prevention strategies that promote independence and wellbeing.

Your Role Will Involve:

  • Leading the design and delivery of community prevention workstreams.
  • Collaborating with partners across the health and social care system to shape preventative approaches.
  • Managing a team and supporting their development.
  • Monitoring budgets and ensuring effective use of resources.
  • Using data and insights to inform decision making and evaluate impact.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A degree or equivalent experience in the field.
  • Collaborating with partners across health and social care, including Public Health.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience of managing projects, innovation and partnership working.
  • Ability to manage and develop a team effectively.
